QueenMillie is a certified life and motivational coach who believes everyone has a story to tell and a purpose to fulfill.  Her journey began with a deep desire to understand human behaviour, leading her to earn a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and Psychology and a Master's in Instructional Design and technology and Certified Behavioural Therapist which led to the professional enjoyment for advising organizations on learning strategies to improve employee performance and designing and conduct training programs to improve skills and competencies.  
But it was her own experience overcoming adversity that fueled her passion for helping others find their voice. 

Since 2009, QueenMillie has been a champion for the disadvantaged.  She developed the "Queens of Every Colour" mentoring program in Orlando, which has helped over 500 at-risk youth gain valuable life skills and connect with positive role models. She has created impactful programs for the disadvantaged, including mentoring programs, employment workshops, and enrichment initiatives.  Her dedication to community impact earned her the "Crime and Delinquency Award" from the Orange County Corrections in 2016 for creating a statewide employment program that is currently being used to this day in career centre’s and prisons in the state of Florida. 

 As a dynamic speaker, she brings her infectious enthusiasm and real-life insights to audiences ranging from small coaching sessions to large conferences with over 2000 attendees, to classrooms for K-12.

"My 'WHY' stems from a deep-seated desire to help women navigate life's complexities and emerge stronger on the other side.  As a woman who has journeyed through marriage, motherhood, and divorce, I understand the unique challenges women face.  I've experienced those moments of feeling lost, the trials and tribulations that threaten to set us back, and the overwhelming urge to simply give up. But through it all, I persevered. My role as a mother became my guiding light, my purpose to keep moving forward.

The bond I share with my children, the unwavering love and support we have for one another, became my lifeline. Learning to break free from relationships that no longer served me, and discovering the path to healing, both emotionally and spiritually, shaped me into the woman and professional I am today.
